During the investigation, Harbor Patrol located a property jail receipt (with a name on it) and other evidence inside the boat belonging to an unknown subject. It was soon found the subject was already incarcerated for another crime. Upon finishing the investigation, Harbor Patrol detectives added this additional crime to his sentence.
