"Officials and directors of prison systems in other States of our country constantly come to the Secretariat of public security of the State (SSPE) in order to see and adopt the strategic model of treatment of Social reintegration which the SSPE applies," he said. In addition to the prison infrastructure, the prison model studies the psychological profiles of each person admitted to the Center for Social Reintegration. They also obtain treatment through various programs. Meanwhile, the SSPE Board of Trustees wants to give inmates an opportunity for employment when released, with companies having established agreements, he noted.
TIJUANA BC (AFN Tijuana) - Tijuana teachers will receive ongoing training to address cases of "Bullying" that appear in this city, it was reported on Wednesday by the delegate of the State educational system in Tijuana, Cesar Sanchez Frehem. Educational authorities chose to prepare teachers so they can "detect and define" harassment. Sánchez Frehem, mentioned that two cases of this type of problem have been reported in the city. On the other hand, the instant response system was implemented to get the attention from educational, legal, legal and family angles. The first stage corresponds to parents and teachers who will have direct involvement in the care of minors; to identify if they are victims of harassment and are aware of their daily routine at the school. The second part comes at their grade level, which will be channeled by the SEE who will also detect responsibilities to conduct specific investigations. A team of specialists to combat the problem, is a group of psychologists that will attend to the submitted cases, where the main subject matter is for protection of the child, said the delegate.
