simple taste

cut and paste

run and

bearded stumble

choose sides

lie to self

stains won't

go away

someone's watching

adding it all up

numbers to big

to overcome

hail mary

you believe long shots

can win

move to the front

changes occur

not fast enough

but entire field wins

when cross that line

hail victors

and a susan and a chris

don't dismiss

each days accomplishments

no trophy or ribbon pinned

someday someone

will utter a kind word

in your direction

a reflection of life worth

he was an Avant-garde poet which means "advance guard" or "vanguard"....which refers to people or works that are experimental or innovative, particularly with respect to art, culture, and politics.

in particular the the poetry was free form stream of consciousness often with rage as the basis...Allen Ginsberg's "Howl" was one of my favorite...they were call the poets of the "Beat Generation"
