Cupid's Castle Bed and Breakfast
When bed and breakfast homes or hotels were becoming popular more years ago than I want to say, they were a welcome relief to the impersonal attitudes at conventional motels and hotels. To a traveler on the road for work or play, asking the clerk where the local movie theater or library is and getting an answer something kin to "I don't know I don't live here" can be a most aggravating experience. Over the years, I have seen many B&Bs eliminate those genteel services we so crave..Finding a B&B nowdays takes a lot of research and there is still no gaurantee that I will be getting just an ordinary continental breakfast and no answers....EXCEPT...Cupids Castle..Connie and her husband know where everything is,they are superb hosts, and award winning chefs. They not only make you feel special, they have you totally convinced that you are special before it is time to leave. Sometimes, just stopping by unannounced eekkkk, still brings Connie's warmth to surface and she is come in and have a cuppa something and some of this....a truely delightful place to visit and stay, and where you are treated like a lifelong friend...5 stars to you both...
