What a wonderful experience staying at Cupids Castle..The rooms are so romantic, and lovely...We have visited several times, and can't wait to go back...Ted and Connie are the best hosts...She cooks fantasic meals, and loves people..Both of them wait on you hand and foot..We have been to a large party on the grounds, with so many wonderful friends, and great food...I felt it was more than a vacation, but a loving home with wonderful new parents..We love it there...I am a lemon nut, and there are so many lemon trees on the grounds, along with fabulous scenery...Near by is a few casino's which we love to visit, but when at the Castle, who wants to go to the casino's, and leave the castle..I have never been pampered like this before...We love Ted and Connie!!!! I found Cupids Castles ad in the Reader and then checked out the website. I needed a place to not only celebrate our times together as a couple , but to propose to my soulmate, Amy, Connie was so helpful with ideas to make it special. She put rose petals on the garden walkway to the darling gazebo with a table and 2 chairs and champagne and it was a perfect setting. She even had a cd of our favorite song playing. The experience was a unique life changing one and the hospitiality was beyond pleasurable. Amy & I are planning to be married here .The breakfast was bountiful and outstanding and you will love their many stories and they are a truly loving, fun couple who have been married 50 yrs. Connie is also a minister so she can marry people right in the garden under the 400 yr old oak tree. We have become part of Connie & Teds family now. You are in for a beautiful, experience, You must go to Cupids Castle. Amy & Rocky

I got married at Cupid's Castle and it was the most romantic and beautiful atmosphere ever! we had our wedding party stay with us and were able to accommodate everyone. Connie and Ted are the most beautiful, kind, and hospitable people and took the best care of us. The breakfast was yummy and we were able to get away for a bit to go to the Casino's, hiking, shopping at the local farmers markets- everything was perfect. I highly recommend Cupid's Castle for weddings, romantic get aways, a friends get away or family re-union.

This is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at, it even beats the one in Hawaii on the beach! Connie and Ted really go all out to make you feel special and pampered without intruding. The place is so relaxing from the bed which was so comfortable I never wanted to leave, to the game room, jacuzzi and the atmosphere....who knows where to start, lets just say, very romantic! Connie is the best cook ever and tailors things to your liking and dietary restrictions too! You can't go wrong! Jennifer and Eric

I have stayed at this wonderful place together with my wife several times now over the last 10 years and it was always a great pleasure to be there! Ted & Connie are the best and most hospitable people we ever stayed at. The castle's location is perfect, nicely situated between the lemon grove and oak trees and has a very romantic atmosphere. Inside it looks awesome and all the details have been thought off incl. a knight to welcome you in the hallway. We always feel very welcome and really enjoy being there. By the by, the food is fantatstic, best eggs benedict I ever had. Next month, we are going again and I can highly reommend this B&B to anyone that wants to have a nice romantic get away. OMG! Connie and Ted really know how to make you feel at home. Connie has such a bubbly personality and Ted is such a kind sole you immediately be-friend him. The place is utterly enchanting with it's medieval theme, romantically decorated rooms, lavish gardens and orchards. My favorite part is meal time of course, sitting at the large food prep island watching Connie prepare food, me snacking on goodies, as she entertains you with delightful stories of the castle and local history. Unfortunately time passes too quickly at the castle and leaving is always an emotional event :( I can honestly say I felt like family by the end of my stay. Put this one on your bucket list!

When bed and breakfast homes or hotels were becoming popular more years ago than I want to say, they were a welcome relief to the impersonal attitudes at conventional motels and hotels. To a traveler on the road for work or play, asking the clerk where the local movie theater or library is and getting an answer something kin to "I don't know I don't live here" can be a most aggravating experience. Over the years, I have seen many B&Bs eliminate those genteel services we so crave..Finding a B&B nowdays takes a lot of research and there is still no gaurantee that I will be getting just an ordinary continental breakfast and no answers....EXCEPT...Cupids Castle..Connie and her husband know where everything is,they are superb hosts, and award winning chefs. They not only make you feel special, they have you totally convinced that you are special before it is time to leave. Sometimes, just stopping by unannounced eekkkk, still brings Connie's warmth to surface and she is come in and have a cuppa something and some of this....a truely delightful place to visit and stay, and where you are treated like a lifelong friend...5 stars to you both... Wow! What a wonderfully romantic place to spend a weekend. We were there the end of May,09 and enjoyed ourselves so much. Connie and Ted did everything to make our stay so very enjoyable. They are the perfect host and hostess. First, the "Castle" is just that. A beautiful white mid-evil structure secluded in the middle of quiet lemon groves off the main road for ultimate privacy and beauty. And Connie decorated THE CASTLE so beautifully, it was almost like a museum with such interesting things to look at and enjoy. And the comfortable private rooms along with their private 2 person jacuzzi tubs made the experience even more romantic. And there were such delicious snacks during the day along with the scrumptious breakfast that Connie cooked up the next morning that it was so much more than one could ask for. This is a "one of a kind " place with friendly, gracious people helping you to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds and scenery as well as great atmosphere that you will never forget. We highly recommend Cupids Castle to everyone looking for a special place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or just a perfect "getaway" spot to relax and enjoy yourselves and be pampered by these two great people, Connie and Ted. "We'll be back." Claudette and Arnie
