Lepine Drops Harassment Suit, Receives No Payment. Will Campaign Now Focus on Goldsmith's Domestic Uproars?
"Campaign to focus on domestic violence issues?" Ummm, where to begin? With the misogyny angle steeped in our culture, or; better yet - how the police and the bogus Family Justice Center made domestic violence profitable? That's right folks, profitable. Check out www.FamilyLawCourts.com/domestic.html (while remembering the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Castle Rock vs. Gonzales, that the police weren't legally "required" to enforce domestic violence orders.) The have a look see at San Diego's misogynistic bench, at www.SanDiegoJudges.com - while remembering Judge Randa Trapp, married to a deputy, orders people to use Hannah's House...an agency making restitution to the County for not being able to account for funds spent from grants, and Susan Griffin, who was fined by the state for practicing therapy without a license.— July 12, 2008 5:40 a.m.
San Diego women who kill the ones they love
Interesting...have been trying to get the Reader to do a real story on men killing women for years...usually because of a divorce. www.FamilyLawCourts.com/domestic.html and consider the bad cops, at See www.FamilyLawCourts.com/badcop.html or Cops who kill or beat up their wives and girlfriends from LA. www.familyLawCourts.com/countylosangeles.html or, in general. www.BadCopNews.com Misogyny reeks. Right here, right now. If you've got a judge who doesn't care, make a report at www.USAjudges.com and come election time, people can remember.— July 3, 2008 12:14 p.m.
San Diego's Indians push No Trespassing law
But what else can we expect? Because the Indians had such a lousy immigration policy and welcomed the white man...after they got the idea to fund gambling concerns to reap some monetary equity, doesn't it make sense they'd go after the support of San Diego's dumbest and easiest to purchase, support to gain more, er, ground? (Pardon the pun, it's genetic.) After all, San Diego is like all border towns: Dirty and corrupt. Name one, just a single border town that isn't. So this makes sense.— July 2, 2008 1:49 p.m.
Fine whine
oh I think media was well aware of their sexism. It's just that their agenda is fraught with too many examples of misogyny, to detail. Including amazingly enough, from some so-called top tier journalists. Am not naming names but, okay maybe one, Peggy Noonan.— June 25, 2008 12:42 p.m.
East Chula Vista ripe for foreclosures
Makes sense to me. Considering the sheer numbers of people crushed by lenders, it only makes sense the lender; who owns the property is required to keep the place in shape.— June 12, 2008 10:21 a.m.

Class Action Lawyer Lerach Seeks Prison Treatment for Alcoholism
I wondered about the relapsing part. According to the motion Lerach's attorneys are expressing their fear of Bill's ability to relapse apparently while still in prison. That or they have little faith in his recovery. Or the prison program. :) Kidding. Of course it's a ploy. And why not? As they ploys are winked at by judges, and they seems to work. That said the magazine Judicature dedicated an entire issue to impaired judges. One of the titles was "The Worst Kept Secret at the Courthouse." These and other judicial problems at www.USAjudges.com— June 8, 2008 8 p.m.
Class Action Lawyer Lerach Seeks Prison Treatment for Alcoholism
Figures. One of the San Diego judges decided he was alcoholic once he got to prison. He entered a program which ultimately reduced his sentence...and then was allowed to stay in a "half-way" house, after the program provided he had a job. Got a job and had a place to stay at his ex-wife's house, in Hawaii, where she moved after he transferred all his assets to her. Details at www.SanDiegoJudges.com But the most interestingly part? No one could ever remember him drinking before he went to prison.— June 8, 2008 5:45 p.m.
Grand Jury Tells CCDC To Stop Claiming It Funds Redevelopment Projects
Centre (love the spelling) City strikes me as a convoluted shell game. Oh wait; it's not so convoluted. It's shelling straight out. My mistake. Dump it.— June 3, 2008 4:58 p.m.
Fred Sainz, the key to Mayor Jerry Sanders’s door
While Fred is Exhibit A why most people don't like pr people; San Diego is why www.SanDiegoJudgs.com exists.— June 3, 2008 12:49 p.m.
