UCAN's Best Con
The only question I have is why this is considered news? San Diego has a long, happy history with scam non-profits, and profiteers. Also, when caught, and admitting guilt, their sentences are a joke. Such as Carolyn Smith http://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/SEDC-Execut… Yet news anchors continue to trill "San Diego is America's Finest City" No wonder San Diego has earned it's national laughing stock reputation. San Diego voters have proven time and again, they support this. Quite a collection of dullards.— April 14, 2012 1:08 p.m.
Former Oceanside P.E. Teacher Back in Court for Probation Violation
So the question becomes, why is Judge Katz so pedophile friendly? It's not as if we don't have room in the jails. So what will it take for Judge Katz to get his act together? See www.sandiegojudges.com. Maybe someone else has a clue as to why so many people who are over-turned so often, remain on the San Diego bench. I sure don't. But I do know they are wasting time and money.— March 8, 2012 8:13 a.m.
Big Money Landed in UCAN Misspelled Accounts
While admittedly late to the party, why did it take a year before anyone expressed an interest in this uh, oversight? Are San Diego officials that asleep at the wheel? Oh wait. Patricia Gregory. Theresa Erickson. Kerry Seigerwalt. Never mind.— February 29, 2012 6:23 p.m.
Bicyclist spits on windshield of car near Miracosta College
The so-called defense attorney David Boertje was a tool for not getting copies of the Evidence Log first, letting his client twist in the wind for that period of time second; and third, suggesting he cop a plea. That's hardly the kind of representation anyone should pay for. Boertje was also the tool in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_J3fnyq7JY— December 13, 2011 8:51 p.m.
Bonnie Dumanis Asked to Not Deliver Speech at City College
Way to go! And for the problems with the police not taking crime seriously, see http://www.familylawcourts.com/bad_cop.html Or the "Trending" section. Or the Bonnie Dumainis section.— September 20, 2011 3:19 p.m.

Paradise Plundered tells San Diego story
No sympathy from me. Because who continues to elect these people? We do. As with the earlier, "Under a Perfect Sun - the San Diego Tourists Never See" you can't blame greedy people for continuing to act so greedy when the government continues condoning San Diego's corporate of greed, culture. As for Dumanis - see how she continues to not prosecute county attorneys who admit to stealing client funds. A vote for Bonnie Dumanis is a vote for a Continuation greed. http://www.examiner.com/public-policy-in-san-dieg…— September 13, 2011 1:59 p.m.
Busted: Dumanis Denies Involvement in Pines Case, Photos Tell a Different Story
And don't forget Dumanis and Jeff Dort NOT prosecuting North County attorney Patricia Gregory. http://www.examiner.com/public-policy-in-san-dieg… So I gotta ask....what's she do for a living?— September 13, 2011 1:47 p.m.
Have you ever had to call 911?
The first call I made after buying a cell phone was to 9-1-1, to report a huge chunk of debris in the middle lane on the freeway. The line was busy. However, when the issue is a response to family crimes, it's not a busy signal that's the problem, but the police signaling another problem, as testimony before the city council last year, revealed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhOrh1_Oa3c The issue is the police, the city council, the DA, and the state, not giving two licks about the safety of women and children. See the District Attorney section of www.familylawcourts.com. Notice the federal prosecutors also keep trafficked children at continued risk. In fairness, San Diego has been unsafe for women and children for a long, Long time. Partly because of a continued refusal by media to report the situation....although media's refusal to do so contributes in part to the solution never getting to the public. Which makes media partly responsible for San Diego's continued killings. A disinterested media is of course both real, and creepy beyond belief. But hey, that's pretty much San Diego.— July 31, 2011 11:04 a.m.
