Man who survived point-blank shot to the head back in court
Hi Eva, I have noticed that you have written several articles this year about these 2 men. I was wondering if you had any details about the other 2 co-defendants? What was the outcome of their cases. I especially enjoyed the article in January that was the cover story if I'm not mistaken. I don't live in California, but I was wondering if this was pretty standard punishment for somebody with these types of charges. I mean, probation for an already convicted trafficker? It almost seems like his punishments become less severe the more he gets in trouble. I don't see how thats possible. Your cover story about this guy seemed like he glamorized his lifestyle and doesnt care if he gets caught. I mean bringing strangers into your home for a purpose such as that is ridiculous. They could of been working with law enforcement just as easily. They just happened to shoot at him instead.— July 20, 2013 9:48 a.m.
