Hi And thanks for your response. I sent you an email, with some of the particulars on this noise problem. The refrigerator sound, sort of resembles a transport truck refrigeration. At times the (I call it) generator/pump sound fluctuates, in intensity, as if there was a lower lull, and then vamps up. The vamping up part, at times, lasts for hours, then it seems to lull down, and after a while, it vamps up again. Right now, it is steadily probing the noise out. Sort of like a low to medium noise probing. The only thing I was commenting on about respect, was that you'd think that (there must be some people) who may be hearing this, would at least make a few calls to their reps, or newspapers. So I don't get it! I don't have any hearing problems, never have, and I hope to keep it that way! But about the respect, is, IF anyone else hears this, don't just sit there, because believe me, your pets or children are affected as well! Thanks for your concern. I thought there was a noise abuse group in San Diego?

It shall be unlawful for any person, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. of any day and 7:00 a.m. of the following day, or on legal holidays…with exception of Columbus Day and Washington’s Birthday, or on Sundays, to erect, construct, demolish, excavate…any building or structure in such a manner as to create disturbing, excessive or offensive noise unless a permit has been applied for and granted.…” The previous laws are apparently just an afterthought to maybe do, if you are the City. Even though the tax payer is paying for their own noise abuse! Near Miramar/Clairmont is a neverending Noise! It sounds like a refrigerator noise, and reverberates through vast areas. I think is is generated by the sewage dept. There is supposed to be a pipe that sends recycled water to Chula Vista for their golf courses. As if anyone would have the nerves to hold a steady golf club after all the noise abuse! It runs under 805. But I think they are saturated with Crap, and have you noticed when you turn on your water, there is a slight sound. Monitoring? But back to the subject of Miramar noise especially strong in Clairemont and into Allied Gardens area! These city Asses are just that, Fools, who hire engineers who do one thing, and in the functioning of that thing, Cause another damaging problem! And the sad news is there are no investigative minds who give a damn to investigate. But down the road, everyone is going to pay with their poor health! The only ones complaining are myself and some neighborhood dogs, so don't blame any pets on their protests, they have more sense than the mothers and fathers of the "children" who are also being damaged! I don't understand how people can just sit there day after day, and let this S*** bombard them! And this 24/7 crap noise started in August of 2004! Unbeliveable! Any lawyers out there! Any scientists out there to establish this noise abuse??? And whatever happened to the protected species who are supposed to inhabit the Noise Fields? What a sham this city is, that's why they should not be allowed any more money-grabbing schemes!

Chapel of Happiness on Broadway too noisy for neighbors

The city is hypocritical, they need to Fine themselves for Noise abuse! Their noise hits many more vast areas than the Church singing does! And it is a Noise that never ends, It's like a refrigerator and when people need their sleep, they rev that thing up! It runs 24/7 and I think it's the sewage dept by Miramar. But the low lifes of San Diego, think they are above it all! And no one complains to the very people who are abusing Vast areas with that damaging noise. Even right now my ears protest! But I also feel sorry for those who can't speak up about it, like children and pets! The engineers and the city is responsible.

Re: noise downtown, I think I'd take that kind of noise, at least it's music, or people. That kind of noise eventually stops, for a few hours! Around the middle of the county we get No Break! The city? has an NEVER ENDING generator. It reverberates through Vast areas. I think it's generating from the Sewage dept! But you cannot get the city politician who represents that area to find out what the hell it is! And to make matters worse, No one says a Peep about it! Except maybe their poor little critters! Maybe that's why there are so many nutty things that are going on! When your ears are bombarded 24/7 with a Vast reaching Refrigerator type sound, well, I just don't get it! How you all can just sit there day after day and Not complain! Who the hell is paying the bills? Also, if not for yourselves, since you don't respect your own life that much, consider complaining for those who Can't speak, say, your kids, pets? I mean you must have some feelings for them! Anyway, I want to know what's up with that noise, and who is doing it, and Why the highly paid engineers employed by the city, or if the marines, Why they can't figure out a QUIET Machine! And what is the machine for anyway! Where are the reporters, who just spew out the same old stories all day, Why don't one of you investigate this, isn't that why you got into reporting! There is a massive lawsuit that can be placed if only you all would speak the hell up!
