Golf has to suffer six or more years
Golf is called golf because the F word was already taken.— August 6, 2018 6:27 a.m.
Bridgepoint stock soars
Typical conservative principle: Profit above all else. For-profit schools of all kinds have one goal is to make money. What education they provide is secondary to everything they do. For-profit school recruiters promise what can not be delivered. GTM (Get the money) is their only goal. Betsy DeVoss and her minions could care less about education and everything about destroying public funded schools (and colleges) and providing a clear road ahead for for-profit schools.— August 4, 2018 6:48 a.m.
The city hall honesty test
If Luna had stayed home and slept through the day he would have done a better job than the elected clowns for sure.— August 2, 2018 6:53 a.m.
Golf has to suffer six or more years
Like many things the used to be enjoyed by the middle class has been ruined by money. There are few courses that can be played by anyone who works by the hour. Green fees, cart rentals, etc. are more and more expensive. Golf equipment is expensive and club memberships are not for the working guy.— August 2, 2018 6:50 a.m.
Older sister in Vista tries to help
No I referred to what mothers always say about their worthless dirt bag criminal adult male children which is always "but he was such a good boy" regardless of race.— August 2, 2018 6:46 a.m.
U-T strange ads: the doctor is in
Most of the people I know would read a local paper with in-depth articles on local happenings. Cable news is filled with national and international news. Local TV news devotes only seconds to local stories. The UT is nothing more that bird cage liner owned/operated by an out-of-town owner and is produced in L A. "Yesterdays news Today!" should be their mantra. In my immediate neighborhood 28 out of 30 neighbors used to get the paper. Now only one gets the daily and one gets the Sunday rag.— August 2, 2018 6:43 a.m.
Older sister in Vista tries to help
Just another black man going to prison. But he was such a good boy! I am sure that it is not his fault that he chose to commit crime.— August 1, 2018 6:29 a.m.
Hot brush for homeless and City Heights houses
We need to bring back agent orange and spray the canyons to rid them of the garbage that live there.— July 31, 2018 6 a.m.
City's ex-homeless honcho joins LeSar firm
Gee what a surprise!— July 28, 2018 6:28 a.m.
Probe clears Cano on building without permits
Many more. It seems that when people are elected to any office they become entitled to anything they want.— July 28, 2018 6:26 a.m.
