Madewell opens at Fashion Valley Mall

Fashion Valley Mall opened a Madewell on Tuesday May 7th. I was beside myself with anticipation. I finally got the chance to drop in this afternoon. I am pleased to see so many great stores setting up shop at Fashion Valley lately.

At Madewell, I found Regina Desanctis browsing the racks. She wore a mid-calf vintage polka dot 1950’s swing skirt. She paired her skirt with a crop top from American Apparel and a simple brown thrift store belt. She carried an army green Supreme surplus bag.

Descanctis arm tat features the William Shakespeare qoute: "All the World's a stage". When asked what her favortie shopping spots are, Regina listed Madewell,American Apparel, and Anthropologie.

Price works as a merchandiser at American Apparel.

“Anthropologie is my favorite. I go in there to get outfit ideas and later buy similar items at thrift stores. I also like to take screen shots of outfit ideas I see on Tumblr to use when I am shopping so I know what wardrobe items I need,” The 23 year old told me.
