This Friday, Turista Libre heads to the beaches of Tijuana for a night on the town. $15 gets you a ride on a party bus to and from the border, a bar hop around Playas de Tijuana, and entry to the Los Master Plus concert with an opening set by Point Loma - the solo project of Bostich from the prominent Tijuana norteño/techno outfit Nortec Collective.
