Katsuya San Diego: Too much fun here. Shaun Philips' invigorating new cocktail combines hand muddled sorrano peppers and mint, Corzo Tequila, Peach Puree, Lime Juice, Simple Syrupthis. Gather for the "Daily Double Social Hour" with $7 Specialty Cocktails and $7 Signature Dishes 4pm to 7pm and 9pm to close, daily, with additional food and drink specials on Sunday Funday.
