Cops’ Lot
I'm trying to follow-up this article and would like to connect with Grant Madden. At this point (11 am 7/07/09) the Western Division of SDPD and Special Events staff deny that they did this. Perhaps Traffic Enforcement did it? I have calls into Councilmember Faulconer's office, the OB Mainstreet Assoc., the police dept for more info. Is Grant certain it was the Pier parking lot, and not the Life Guard lot (the photo attached to this article is NOT of Ocean Beach,my friends at the Reader).— July 7, 2009 11:03 a.m.
