Which One’s Pink? The One Suing Local Tribute Band!
I have been a member of both bands since the beginning. Since I haven't been named as a defendant, (so far), I'm not required to follow a lawyer's advice to keep my mouth shut. 1st of all, comment #1, you took the words out of my mouth. I wish I could address all of the "allegations" now but the truth will be revealed eventually. The main thing I want to get straight now is the fact that the decision to replace Graham was made by ALL the members of the bands. (Both of them.) Tom's only role as "band leader" in this matter was he was required to officialy inform Graham. Annerin was only notified after the fact. I would request that any future stories regarding this matter include my name, along with Tom's, as I was the 1st one to cast my vote! If you knew our "pig pilot", the fact that he is so riled up over this speaks volumes. I do want to thank you for addressing the unaddressed question of the benifits of using crappy pics and sounds to promote the band. Can't wait to hear an explaination on that one!
