Who Runs Our Elections and How Safe Actually are They?

http://www.sandiego6.com/content/news/election/de… I like to look at the results a bit to see if anything seems off so please feel free to comment and correct me because its really confusing as to who in SD votes for what but I am trying to get an idea of a race I can compare the Supervisors race to to see if the numbers seem right. Seems like the same people voting for SD County Sup would be voting for these props? Am I correct? I could be totally wrong so bare w/ me here.... OK some things I find interesting about these numbers: Prop C is a Prop no one had even heard of. Even the papers were touting it as "low-key" C because of the non-campaign to promote it (which I believe was so there would be no organized opposition) Anyway this rather tiny Prop got alot of votes. I find it odd that Prop C which was really about expanding tract home growth in a small 1900 home community received 233,460 votes....70% positive for the developer Pardee Homes. So I am still not sure if people that voted for other Sup races had these Propositions listed below so if anyone lives in a diff Supervisor area and can tell me if C, D, or J were on their ballots that would be really helpful. Thanks! Only 100,000 people voted for Supervisor between Whitburn and Roberts which seems quite low but I dont know enough to say that w/ certainty. "Geo-Engineering II" -- 11/03/10 at Fleet Science Center

http://www.sandiegoreader.com/weblogs/ive-got-iss… Here is something I wrote in the Reader last April regarding the subject of chem-trails and geo-engineering. I knew it was a stretch for people but I think it is something we need to look at and see if it is in fact happening w/o our consent. "One patent obtained by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) US3813875 uses barium to create ion clouds in the upper atmosphere. In 1991, Hughes Aircraft obtained patent US5003186, to seed greenhouse gas layers with tiny particles which include "oxides of metal , e.g., aluminum oxide."
