Local Suit Filed Against Jobfox Résumé Website
Hello, I have to say that I am disgusted with jobfox. I'm one of those victims that paid for the services and did not receive everything that was offered to me. On top of that my critique was the same as others. I tried to contact someone and it was difficult to find a number or e-mail. I finally get an e-mail from my resume writer and it doesn't work..I called the number and no answer. Although the resume I received was good is still not good enough. I was guaranteed I would recieve a call or two from employers and still nothing. Jobs that are recommended to me by them to apply are not the ones I'm interested in. I had my University look at it and they recommended many changes. The thank you letter promised to me by Ian Richards, I never received. Is just one thing after another. My next step is to cancel the charges in my credit card. Please advice as to what I should do? I wish I had known about this prior to purchasing from this company. EV.— March 16, 2012 7:42 a.m.
