I grew up with Diego, the shooting happen at midnight and why did it took then over 7 hours to go Diego house and arrest him, also why would he shoot someone just in front of his house its doesn't make sense, also it is not clear that the gun they found was the one used for the shooting, the judge dose not have enough reason to say that he is a threat to the community , he has lived in that same street for his whole life.— September 11, 2012 7:57 p.m.
