To Gregory May on FB: First of all, the word is highfalutin (NOT "highfalootin"). Secondly, that intersection is a hop and skip from Shelter Island. So it's NOT a "dumpy neighborhood" as you allege. That rundown motel is certainly dumpy, but the new Monsaraz will be a fine addition to the area. It's not a "monstrosity" at all.
