Canyon Encampments Nuisance to Residents
We have a plan of organizing an encampment based on the Tent City 3 located here in Seattle. The idea is a self managed Tent City that will help at least 500. Since it will be funded privately, oversought by eccumenical churches as an extention to their Christian mission, It will a tight ship for those whom use the facility. It will have shower's, feeding facility, low voltage lighting system and a day center with television's and internet. The facility organizers will be the homeless themselves.
