Dr. Emad Tadros sues Dr. Stephen Doyne
I was asked how I filed for legal emancipation for my children. My reply was never posted. As soon as they turned 17, I went to Juvenile Court, read the requirements necessary and filed. Good ole father beat feet to the Family Court after the emancipation was finalized to file a motion to make sure he was no longer obligated to pay his pithy amount of child support--until our child was 18. This showed our children that it really was all about getting at me. Though he used the courts to harass all of us and ended up stalking me. He never sent our children a cent after they were emancipated and he could of if he really cared about them. He drug several of his children, different families through this process using the family court as his vehicle to punitively harasses us, according to one of the judges. I might add, it was not a Judge from San Diego. Doyne and the entire family court at that time was a sham and as far as I know, it has only gotten worse. I think a big issue that has been stated by the bench is that parties "choose" the counselors. Wrong. They are told that if they want to prevail or at the very least get the judges attention to their case they need to select someone from the list of acceptable list of characters. Forced selection I would say. Doyne also needs his records audited, including his court therapy related billing.— July 13, 2009 8:17 a.m.

Correction. I legally emancipated my (our) kids as soon as they turned 17.(not 18).It ripped my heart out, but it saved them from one last year of their biological father's escalating abuse and the court and Doyne's total blindness. We were just a number on the treadmill going through court. The Juvenile court really care about kids. Thank God, they READ my family case court file and make the appropriate ruling IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN. It gave them a year of not living in a court nightmare of adults paid to protect them.— July 10, 2009 9:15 a.m.

Continued: Same ole, same ole and really, who is looking at the best interest of our children? Moreover, did you all know that Family Court Judges, Commissioners, etc. are not required to have a family law background? Lovely to think a Probate judge or non-practicing non-family law attorney will be making decisions on our families. What about the fact that many of these folks have complete immunity? And find out how little annual training in domestic violence, child abuse these professionals have to have? What about the court counselors that let the parties know that the one who seems to be less agreeable will be reported to the judge—and attorney fees will be assessed accordingly? What if the less agreeable one is the one who is complaining the children are being subjected to abuse ? They are the “complainer” This is a rat’s nest of misery. Uncovering Doyne is only the tip of the ice-berg. Norther California is finally looking at the courts, the quack counselors the influence peddling. I am not the first to bring this up. San Diego is way behind in times in cleaning up our family court system, The golden handful of "experts is part of this"— July 10, 2009 9:10 a.m.
