I used to think that artificial turf lawns and fields in our area would be uselessly hot during summer months until our neighbors had some installed. They also had this concern, but their local artificial turf installer https://www.usturfsandiego.com knew which materials worked best in San Diego's heat. Having inspected the lawn myself, I don't think overly hot turf is an issue these days if you go with a trustworthy contractor.— September 11, 2018 8:53 a.m.
