7-11 on highland and 8th st., pinoy-fiesta restaurant, cvs pharmacy: All of the above mentioned business rated very poorly, wait actually let me change that to UNBELIEVABLE!!! Mind you, all of the events that I will share with you happened all in one week. Last Monday, I go in to the mentioned 7-11 store and I got a slurpie and went and paid the clerk with one 1 bill and four 25 cent coins. CLERK: I can't take this money. ME: Why not? CLERK: Uhm, it's old. ME: SOOO?? CLERK: My boss does not want us to take old money like this. ME: Like what? It's not torn, it's not fake, IT'S OLD... ME: ( smoke is coming out of my ears by this time) I can't believe this, I have never had anyone refuse to accept an old dollar bill for payment.... CLERK: My boss says it's dirty! ME: What? Money is money and they are all dirty new or old!!! CLERK: Sorry, do you have any other money? ME: No, but here is your SLURPIE back!! ( after I drank half of it while we were discussing this issue!!!) IS THAT INSANE OR WHAT? IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT..... Now the second scenario: Well, wait i think I will post that story and the third one tomorrow..... I mean National City neighborhood or Serra Mesa neighborhood 7-11 does not matter. This could have happened at a 7-11 in La Jolla anyway right so, okay I will ease up on my BARRIO for now...— June 18, 2009 9:47 a.m.
Pinoy Fiesta
Now to share my experience when I bought filipino food at pinoy fiesta. I asked for some vinegar and the lady that was helping me asked me why I want vinegar, I then said Oh I like to douse my food with vinegar. She said we only give it with the purchase of eggrolls... I then said oh the other place its free on the tables- she replied then go there!! We have to pay for the containers. I then said well lady, that is your problem the price of the food should cover those things, You don't need to even tell me that. Such ignorance on customer relations you know!!!— June 18, 2009 9:42 a.m.
