Stringers Are NOT Reader Reporters, plus Taylor Swift's Taylor Guitar, Local Blogger Silenced By Killers, Wavves Calls SD "Wretched," SDMA Fishwrap, Zappa, Weiland, Axl, Blackheart, Ms. Beatle, Halford, Mower, more
Board also squealed in protest: "Also, to say I find a group of people and "pick on them" is also absurd." If you're going to put something in quotes, could you at least get it right JUST THIS ONCE? Here's what I said above: "Practically everything he writes is "incidiary." Deliberately so. His daily blogs essentially consist of picking out some person or group of people, making a negative judgment about them, and saying some nasty, judgmental things. This is always supported by unsubstantiated "facts" that usually begin with the phrase "I heard." Said facts are usually, if not always, wrong. It's a pitiful excuse for "journalism" that's nothing more than muckraking in the tradition of Limbaugh and can hold only that demographic." I'll leave it to somebody else to do the search and show the examples. The list includes black people (particularly students), adoptees, and the elderly, just for starters. I'm outta here.— October 28, 2009 7:33 p.m.

"Also weird that...(warning: offensive line to follow) women don't seem to know how to debate without getting crazy." Aw, dem cwazy beeyotches!!! You don't know how to debate. Period. What you call "debate" is, without exception, a bunch of silly Jerry Springeresque argumentation, based on knee-jerk reactions and no real data whatsoever. Daniels, on the other hand, actually can DEBATE. Point-by-point and ON point. I've seen her kick your a$$ numerous times as she debated, and you merely reacted by flailing about, not addressing anything she brought up. Unfortunately, Board, you're a lot like this guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhRUe-gz690 (That'd be the one in the BLACK.) What is she supposed to do with someone who's incompetent to defend himself successfully, and too bloody stupid to recognize when he's been beaten? As a frustrated Arthur puts it, "You're a looney...All right, we'll call it a draw." Maybe you could bite her legs off? "Yet you two women, and a few other, get mad at something I say, and then attack. When I attack back (if you can call what I do "attacking") you complain." This is just you putting your finger in your mouth and pulling your skirt up over your head like a little girl. You attack "back," my a$$. You attack FIRST. The FIRST one is always that daily nastygram you call a blog, and the SECOND one comes when you start calling your contributors "idiots," "mental midgets," etc., etc.— October 28, 2009 7:17 p.m.

Board showed up and pecked about: "...Geek, the human dicitonary)," misspelling dictionary. I'm sorry you're intimidated by my vocabulary, which isn't that impressive. Daniels must intimidate you about 1000 times more. "...you're both mental midgets." (Referring to CF & I.) And the name-calling begins, if "human dictionary" didn't already count. What's great about the use of this particular unoriginal phrase -- "mental midgets" -- is that in this case, it's both offensive in a couple of different ways AND ironic, considering the source. "Geek, who for a long time, started coming on my blogs and attacking me (because she didn't like my take on a story in the news)" WTF? Post it. What story? "And yes, Geek is also right, that I ask people to go onto the Reader website and my blogs.....Geek and I were friends way before she came to these threads. Since we had email exchanges, but never really had a lot to say (as I didn't care about her cat, her post office job, or the guys that she either hated or that didn't like her)" Again, WTF? Post 'em. I've got 'em all. Do you want ME to start posting emails publicly? Mostly I got emails from YOU asking where I was & why I wasn't commenting, whenever I'd get sick of your s***ty blog and your stupid comments toward me & couldn't stand it any more. The whole "women and cats" thing? Really? Come up with some of those. The only time I talk cats is with people who have cats and like cats. And how stupid is this coming from a guy who just recently lost his "Man Card" for toting around a poodle he tries to pass off as a Maltese, taking it to all kinds of inappropriate places like restaurants, annoying people with it, and blogging about it incessantly? My job? YOU asked ME questions about it, since you worked for the same organization for about 5 minutes a zillion years ago, and think you know something about it. Aaand, "the guys that she either hated or that didn't like her." That's just blatant horses***. Name some names. "I suggested she come to the boards and we could talk about the topics of the day." Nagged. Pestered. "I think she got offended by my take on things like skydivers. And yes, if you do an activity and I say "You're an idiot if you skydive" I can see how that's insulting." Yeah, I know you can. You wrote it on purpose, specifically to bait ME, and you and I both know it. You may be able to BS everybody else in cyberspace about that, but since you've done disparaging blogs about several different groups which you know I'm a member of -- and done it repeatedly -- it's not like I don't know what you're up to. Currently, it's AGAIN the supposedly inferior intelligence of adoptees, because you know I am one. "...And I realize now, that the dumb people that do these dumb things, get offended. I will try to work on that." Nice. You work on it, buddy. Get a good shrink to help.— October 28, 2009 6:58 p.m.

Who Killed Richard Swink?
Re #59: (Insult not worth addressing). Yup, there's a reason we're not Europe. This country's 200 years old and basically acts like the big, clueless baby that it is. They have centuries and centuries of experience at how to live, and are older and wiser. If you want to buy me a ticket, fork over enough money so that I can be independently wealthy and not worry about a job, and set me up with a hot Italian guy to marry for citizenship, I'm all in. On second thought, just email me and I'll let you know the PayPal account to transfer all your funds to. I'll find my own hot Italian boy when I get there.— October 27, 2009 9:17 p.m.

Pete: "From what I understand, she claims that the word dowry means:a husband gives his wife's family a gift;usually money or property. She'd be dead wrong. No matter how she has spun it to Josh,Josh is in fact correct." No, he's not. Because he got it backwards. Shocking, I know. How unusual for him to get a fact wrong. </sarcasm> I said that it's something that goes with the bride, to the groom. "Dowry means the exact opposite. It's a gift in the form of money and/or land from a woman's family to her husband so that he will treat her right. A dowry is in essence a type of marital bribe." Right on, Peter. And that's what I said it was. What he did was go somewhere on the net to a Middle Eastern source and find the opposite definition, because they basically buy women over there with livestock. But the conversation wasn't about the friggin' Middle East. He's apparently still harping on it, so you'd think he'd finally get his facts straight by NOW. But I guess since I almost never read his blog anymore, he thinks he can turn it around & claim I was the doofus. You're good at searching. Use the search function, and look it up.— October 27, 2009 9:08 p.m.

"I'm with ya refried. Must be a female thing. In fact,I'd gaurantee it's a female thing. Men don't act like this." I started to make a comment about "male logic," but refrained. Sorry I bothered. It's about what's good for society versus selfishness. That's what Europe understands that America doesn't. Perhaps it's also what females (in general) understand, while men (in general) choose not to.— October 27, 2009 8:53 p.m.
