Shameless Parents, Shameless Kids
Most people do fine on the Zone. For those with blood sugar issues, it's a little carby.— November 2, 2009 3:03 p.m.
Stepping Out After Midnight...In Vista Ranch
"Press close, bare-bosom d night! Press close, magnetic, nourishing night! Night of south winds! night of the large few stars!..." -- Walt Whitman Walking at night is invigorating and delicious. I don't dare go off my apartment grounds where I live, though. NOT a good idea. That sodie-pop kinda ruined any health benefits you might have achieved there though, Robbie. http://health.yahoo.com/experts/drmao/20270/what-… I know, I know. I'm a Dr. Pepper addict myself. It's a Texas thang. You wouldn't understand. :)— November 2, 2009 2:59 p.m.
Re-tune in Sedona, Arizona
No, but I was driving south yesterday when it came up around sunset. Massive moon in the east, sunset in the west at the same time. That's always cool.— November 2, 2009 2:44 p.m.

Couldn't possibly make any difference in behavior. Or how FAT everybody is, for that matter. These messages most definitely NOT brought to you by the makers of Ritalin (Novartis Pharmaceuticals), or the Sugar Producers of America. http://www.opensecrets.org/lobby/firmsum.php?lnam… http://www.commondreams.org/views03/0429-05.htm http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A57… Big Pharma and Big Sugar. Re-tune in Sedona, Arizona
I used to live at Mission Beach. Watched that sunset almost every evening. Like I said, nowhere more beautiful than Sedona. From someone who's seen both, more than once.— November 2, 2009 2:17 p.m.
Debut of Lara Owen and "Growing Your Inner Light"
I do not like green eggs and SPAM. I do not like them; Sam I am. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPy2alWEZ-U Anybody else think Jessie Jackson shoulda got an Emmy for his delivery on this? Friggin' genius.— November 2, 2009 8:52 a.m.
Robin Leach, You've Sunk So Low...
I didn't know there was such a thing. A floor model? You sure you're not looking at a bidet? I've always thought a bidet looked very refreshing. :)— November 1, 2009 11:21 p.m.
Robin Leach, You've Sunk So Low...
Keep your urinal. I want that cookie jar. (Which is clearly an ice cream cone, BTW.) Pike, is your apartment, like, a Craigslist Crapatorium? Just wondering. :)— November 1, 2009 11:14 p.m.
Re-tune in Sedona, Arizona
I don't think there's a lovelier place on the planet to watch a sunset than the top of Schnebly Hill Road in Sedona, AZ. It is not to be missed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mv9NZutPjMw&NR=1 Amazingly, I drove a 200SX up there in '96. Just 2 years later, it was difficult in a Geo Tracker, which had much higher clearance and 4-wheel drive. I recommend a Jeep.— November 1, 2009 9:55 p.m.

Re #38: This is neat, but it doesn't look like what you linked to, Daniels: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHc0kGt8zIA No, never seen any of his work before.— November 1, 2009 9:12 p.m.
