Hey Kevin, Funny stuff. I think the old man was way over the line to throw a stick at you, that's crazy. I do think you are wrong however to feel that you can enjoy the luxuries of the community if you're behind on dues. SOMEONE has to be paying for that pool and hot-tub to be cleaned, repaired, etc. If you're not pitching in, the someone else is picking up your share. There is a family in our complex that never pays their dues...that's a few hundred dollars a month that they save...should they be able to enjoy everything for free? What message does that send to the rest of us? I think you're rightfully bitter about some things, but bitterly wrong about others.— January 1, 2011 7:10 a.m.
