Coronado’s Spreckels Mansion: a national controversy for Rebecca Zahau and Max Shacknai
Adam Shacknai never settled with the Zahaus. He was determined to appeal the case and most likely the verdict would have been overturned due to the Judge’s extreme bias and jury tampering. His insurance company settled against his wishes and knowledge - a very shady move by Judge Bacall and Zahaus. Adam Shacknai maintains his innocent and the SDSO conducted a second look at the case and determined once again that it was suicide due to the overwhelming physical evidence.— October 12, 2019 10:54 a.m.
