It's Not Just Chargers Who Would Fleece Insolvent Political Entity
do they have any gratitude for the many many years that San Diegans have been their fans??!! ============= Preach it nan-they are nothing but carpet bagging scammers who wouldn't understand, recognize nor reward loyalty if it knocked them in the head.... If they want to move-good bye and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.— November 17, 2010 5:50 p.m.

Nov. 2 Memo Doesn't Mention Computer Glitch
Sanders has been an abject failure on every level. HUGE let down. Reminds me of Arnold, and Obama, high hopes going in, then the huge let down.— November 17, 2010 5:29 p.m.
Where Did the Save-A-Life Money Go?
In June of this year, the Illinois attorney general wrote to Spizzirri, noting that in its most recent yearly report, Save-A-Life had $152,112 in net assets. “Please provide information on who received the remaining assets of the foundation,” wrote the attorney general’s office, which also inquired about the use of sale proceeds of a foundation-owned building. =============== Pretty obvious the $$$ went into Spizzirri's pockets. But what I want to know is how a child gets a personal protection order against their parents. I have never heard of this, and I also question if it would be legally valid-since it appears to violate constitutional rights- such as bringing your children the way you want to-assuming there is no mental or physical harm involved (note-I am NOT claiming you may physically/mentally abuse, or even hit, a child). If violence were involved against a child, the proper procedure would have been to contact child protective services, then Spizzirri would get due process rights, including a hearing to tell her side fo the story.— November 17, 2010 11:35 a.m.
Nov. 2 Memo Doesn't Mention Computer Glitch
Not even worth commenting on, we ALL knwo the truth at City Hall, hacks and straight up liars.— November 17, 2010 8:34 a.m.

OK, I love Johnny Mathis. As for him and the way he swings, I have never even really thought about it, but if he is happy more power to him!— November 16, 2010 7:23 p.m.

There won't be any condo or SFR building n San Diego for at least 5 years, if not 10.— November 16, 2010 3:16 p.m.
Another Local Ponzi Schemer Headed to Slammer
41 months for a $16 million ponzi fraud is a joke. He will get 15% off of that for good behaviour. No parole in the federal system, you do your full amount of time less 15%.— November 16, 2010 3:16 p.m.
It's Not Just Chargers Who Would Fleece Insolvent Political Entity
Dalla Cowboys 1,805,000,000 ============= I remember when J. Jonee bought the Cowboys for a record $100 million in 1990, and I thought he was plain nuts. Of course the ONLY reason the Cowgirls are worth what they are is because of the stadium corporate welfare. I think Gene Klein either bought, or sold, the Chargers for $25 million. Either way these pro sports scams have lined the pockets of these owners.— November 16, 2010 1:34 p.m.
