WAL-MARTS INIQUITY...
BTW-the food centers in the Wal-Mart super stores are not that much better than the Ralph's, Safeway's, Von's or Stater Bros. I find Costco to be the place I liek to shop, even if it does mean buying larger volume.— March 27, 2011 4:22 p.m.
WAL-MARTS INIQUITY...
The customer service department sent me a gift card, they said, for $10, but I never got it, and don't care. ======= TYhe cable companies are by far the worst. Monopolies with no concern for customer service or price. I was supposed to have been sent some On Demand movie coupons, and they never arrived either.— March 27, 2011 4:20 p.m.

Oh, there's also all the insurance premium risk enhancements you won't have to shell out. ========== Correct, another rreason I always fight traffic tickets in court. I have fought them since I received my first tick at age 18. Probably have fought over 50 all together, including 5 in a 10 month time period back in the 1990's.— March 27, 2011 10:20 a.m.

My last traffic ticket was for exceeding the liberal icon 55 mph limit back in 1983 or 1984. What are you doing, or what are you driving that gets you all the citations? It has to be more than bad luck. ================= WOW, that is close to 30 years, a good run. I have not been found guilty of a moving violation since 2001, the longest run of my life. The fix it ticket was a scam, to pull me over and grill me, the cop started asking a bunch of invasive questions that were clearly not related to the citation, when he got to the point of asking me if I "was on parole or probation" I went off on him and let him have it-which ended his aggressive questioning. GED cop then wrote the "fix it ticket" using a VC section (5201g) that said my vehicle's license plate was obstructed, blocking his "remote electronic license plate sensor"-which is a mechanical device that can read your license plate and run it through the state database. The problem was he did not have one of these electronic license plate readers on his cop car; they are mounted on the roof. I may end up filing a federal civil rights lawsuit over this case. I am going to notify the City of the problems I have had with these bogus citations and the time and money it has cost to defend against them (this is actually the 3rd moving violation issued in the last 3 years, none of which were successful in court against me). I am going to ask for a nominal amount to reimburse me for the time spent on this case-about 20 hours- $500. The other cases involved a similar amount of time. If they don't cover it I will in fact sue them, because I am tired of the harassment, which this last ticket clearly was. I am actually a very good driver today. No accidents in well over 25 years and no tickets since 2001. A FAR cry from my first 15 years of driving.— March 27, 2011 10:17 a.m.

David Cassidy during the first 2 years of "The Partridge Family" was BIGGER than the Beatles! He was selling out 50K seat stadiums. That to me is just unbelievable, yet true. I loved the show (I loved the entire 3 show line up), because me and Danny Bonaduce were about the same age and he was the funniest kid on TV back then, we all wanted to be like Danny Partidge...Susan Day was pretty hot to all of my buddies too, a bonus-sort of like how David Cassidy was to you and millions of girls! Thos ewere awesome times for me.........very special. TV back then-like everything back then- was so different. We had the three main VHF channels; ABC, NBC and CBS, and a few UHF channels and that was it. And they all went off the air bewteen midnight and 2 AM. Today you have 200 channels and they are on 24/7. I would not trade those times for anything though.— March 27, 2011 10:02 a.m.

And to Visduh, if only real dems =========== REAL democrats would not be towing the public employee lkine, because they are wiping out the poor and the what is left of the middle class. The money going into the pockets of the public employees is MAINLY coming out of the pockets of the poor and middle class through regressive taxes/fees/fines and a complete abandonement of gov services. I received a "fix it" ticket in January, a "correctable violation", it was a bogus ticket so even though I could get it signed off and pay $25 I went to court and set a trail date-it cost me a whopping $200 to set it for trial-the amount of the fine-just to set it for trial. Last week I got a speeding ticket that cost in excess of $500-again that is the fine- to set the case for trial. That is ridiculous. Both of them. A Fix It ticket should not have a fine exceeding $50 and a speeding ticket should not exceed $200 dollars. But this is how the dems and repugs are balancing the $200K per year gov employee budget-on the backs of the poor and middle class through this type of shenanigans.— March 26, 2011 8:35 p.m.
Are American Engineers in Short Supply?
Independent studies have shown that if 2.8 million jobs have been outsourced, then another 5.5 million have been created in the U.S ================== Someone's nose just grew 200 feet with that whopper of a lie. It is so perposterous it is not really worth commenting on.— March 26, 2011 1:34 p.m.

But I am sure it's just as exciting to her as meeting the Brady Bunch would have been to me. =========== One of the ALL TIME best kids show to ever hit the TV screen. I watched it every Friday on the ABC kids line up; 1) The Brady Bunch 2) The Patrdige Family 3) Nanny and the Professor ABC was insane to cancel that line up.......it was GOLD.— March 26, 2011 9:10 a.m.
