Locker Room Talk May Get Her Job — but Not With Padres
Wow-was this an obscure San Diego semi pro basketball team. The "San Diego Stingrays", and Rapper "Master P" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Diego_Stingrays— August 16, 2012 11:28 p.m.
Locker Room Talk May Get Her Job — but Not With Padres
When I say ALL college degrees, I am talking about all DEGREES from a reputable school, a CSU or UC, not a paper diploma mill like Bridgepoint. Women's studies and philosophy at SDSU might be viewed a worthless, but they're not. I should have clarified ALL degrees from any CSU or UC have value-at the very least it shows they endured a 4-6 process at a state school that is much harder to navigate than a private university.— August 16, 2012 11:22 p.m.
Locker Room Talk May Get Her Job — but Not With Padres
I cant recall the name it was probably about 10 yearsyago.....there is a team now called the San Diego Surf, but that is not the one I am speaking of....— August 16, 2012 9:50 p.m.
Man Charged With Hosting Alcohol Party For Minors
He is out on bond b/c he is in street clothes. If he were in the slammer he would have on the jail gear. I can't believe the judge didn't grant the plea deal. These are misdemeanors, minor violations of the law at BEST.The judge sounds liek a dork to me, but I don't know the whole deal either.— August 16, 2012 9:43 p.m.
Prop 34, Anti-Death Penalty Measure, Continues to Pick Up Big La Jolla and L.A. Crime TV Money
LOL @"the facts". The facts are simple, it costs 2-3 times to put a person to death in CA vs life in prison w/o parole. In addition to the costs the fact is the death penalty is not applied in an even handed manner violating the equal protection clause, rich or connected people are NEVER charged with the death penalty-only the poor. Ask OJ. Lets not forget that the state only pays $75 an hour for lawyers working death penalty appeals for the accused.— August 16, 2012 9:39 p.m.

I just went back to the pic, it is a large stone "memorial", I thought he was buried there, but I guess it is just a memorial, but looks like the exact same thing you would see in a cemetery. The brass plaque says "In Memory of Glenn "Pop" Warner. I don't know what it is supposed t stand for except he was a Stanford coach.....— August 16, 2012 9:35 p.m.
Car Thief Leaves His Wallet Behind
**He makes a habit of driving by residents who he does not care for (such as myself) and yelling "fat bitch" and "f--- you" on a regular basis.** Glad to hear I'm not the only one who drops the infamous "F-bomb". Although I don't drop it on innocent people I don't care for-if I did I would not have time for anything else. Why does the management allow this kind of conduct?? When I was going through grad school in Michigan several years ago the apartment complex did not rent to felons. If you have a felony conviction you were not allowed to rent from them, that goes a long way in keeping residents happy campers. Chambers sounds very troubled - lets hope he can turn his life around, which is going to take some doing it sounds like.— August 16, 2012 3:13 p.m.
Sheriff: Encinitas Woman Walking Dog was Accosted
LOL.........hopefully she has a **current** Penal Code to reference!— August 16, 2012 3:08 p.m.
Locker Room Talk May Get Her Job — but Not With Padres
I came across a pic of Pop Waners grave last week, on the Stanford University campus-how weird is that.....I had to look him up again to find the connection, Warner and Rockne, there were the coaches who introduced modern football offenses......— August 16, 2012 3:07 p.m.
