Issa's Digital Deputy Takes Free Trip to Turkey
LoFranco is certainly not the only politician getting a free trip to Turkey. TUSKON is the business organization arm of the Gulen Movement in Turkey. Gulen is a controversial exiled Imam who now operates his worldwide movement out of America. Their aim is to do as they are instructed by Gulen "work into the arteries of the system until they reach all power centers" The Gulen Movement Cult has done this by giving many gifts - free trips to: politicians, academia, media and others that can serve to expand the movement. This group was featured in June 2011 NY Times article.
