Are you kidding, it went before the LJ Community Planning Association with unanimous approval, the City Planning Association and the City Council. They gave up 18.8 acres to sensitive habitat and it is reasonable to build just two houses at the highest points to capture views when the zoning originally allowed 88 houses.
