Judge Says Federal Court Can Hear Blackwater's Suit
I wouldn't be surprised if she is overly sympathetic to the federal government. =========================================== Oh, please don't say that-it will jinx me. I have had no less than 4 different judges involved with this case (Huff is judge #5) and it has been the same story with every single one-rubber stamp anything the Attorney General/USA wants, and deny anything I want- no matter what the circumstances. I am hopeful Huff does the right thing-if not then it is time for the court of appeals. I am not going to let bias judges blow my case up.— May 31, 2008 11:52 a.m.
Judge Says Federal Court Can Hear Blackwater's Suit
I have a very important issue before Judge Huff right now against a US government agency. The issue is a slam dunk in my favor. Now having said that, in this particular case the federal court here in San Diego has literally ruled on every single issue in favor of the government (USA), no matter how baseless or lacking in merit and no matter how strong my arguments have been. If Judge Huff rules in USA's favor on this issue then there is no hope for my case at this levell-and I will be looking forward to the 9th Cicrcuit (based on the past I do expect this to happen). I won't even try to win in District Court. She seems like a very honest, straight shooting, no nonsense judge. I have never appeared before her in the past. We'll see how she rules. I will know her ruling very soon, and I WILLL POST HERE HOW SHE RULED.— May 31, 2008 8:12 a.m.
Kroll's Wolves, Who Fleeced the City of $20 Million, Return To Chase Foxes
Arthur Levitt is a scam artist. No one charges $900 an hour, not even a former SEC chairmen. Flat out rip off of the City. I thought Mike was going to sue them, I sure wish he would have/will.— May 31, 2008 8:04 a.m.
More Fat Cats Give Money So Mayor Can Select Own Auditor
Prop C is DOA...... and I have a $50 spot to back that claim up against any non believers.— May 30, 2008 4:04 p.m.
Fred Sainz, the key to Mayor Jerry Sanders’s door
Sainz is a mental moron. He is also an anchor around his boss's (another mental moron) neck. He'll take them both down-thank god. Sainz is a flat out liar and will say and do anything to "spin" things his way. Perfect example; when Sanders dropped the F-bomb on Francis after their debate. Sainz sent out a press release saying it was 100% false, never happened Sainz said. Next day Sanders copped to the F-bomb. Sainz caught with foot firmly in mouth. No where to hide. Sanders has not done a SINGLE thing he campaigned on, and if anyone votes for that lying, F-bomb dropping loser again then they get the City leaders they deserve.— May 29, 2008 8:09 p.m.
Sanders, Gwinn, Dumanis Have Quietly Plotted To Shift Family Justice Center to YWCA, Says Aguirre. The Planned Move May Trample on Rules
I don't get it. What on earth does the YWCA and the Family Justice Center have in common? Why should they be connected??— May 28, 2008 8:38 p.m.
Why Mayor Sanders invested in Maxxum Equity Fund
Eric Bidwell is not just better than Sanders in finance, he is light years ahead of Sanders in finance. I also suspect, based on his frugal spending and being self supporting on $500 a month, that he is the only candidate for Mayor that could acutally balance this Cities budget.— May 28, 2008 5 p.m.
Why Mayor Sanders invested in Maxxum Equity Fund
Wetzel better be careful the DA is not lurking around the corner with a financial elder abuse indictment, because based on what I have read here he is a prime candidate for getting slammed with some serious felony charges that could put him away for decades. The type of conduct he engaged in is despicable. Ripping off old men and woman, living on fixed incomes trying to enjoy their final years. This guy is a scumbag. Wetzel, you better save some of that scam loot, because I am going to send a link of this article to the DA's office as soon as I post this. Ron "RD" Brouillette was an assistant manager at precious metal broker Monex in the late 80's when they had a UTC office. Has a son named Todd Brouillette who was one of the top salesmen at Monex.— May 28, 2008 3:44 p.m.
Ignoring Phony Accounting, Peters Tells NY Times That San Diego's Pension System Is In Good Shape
That is a wild article on Sanders. Since I have never heard such allegations before, and have no idea as to their accuracy, I am going to have to withhold judgment. I'm no fan of Sanders, but that article may be stretching the truth a bit.— May 28, 2008 3:26 p.m.
Blackwater Sues City, Claims Its Bid for Border Facility Thwarted by Politics
