Was Dan Broderick Really a Model of Integrity?
But I will let [Fumbler] speak for himself. =============================================== Fumbler can't speak for himself. He has trouble putting together 2 coherent sentences in a row. But he is amusing.— May 15, 2008 5:52 p.m.
San Diego's Prop C, a way to silence the auditor
Prop C is DOA-especially after the Reader/Don Bauder weighed in today. Stick a fork in Col. Sanders, he's done.— May 15, 2008 12:54 p.m.
San Diego's Prop C, a way to silence the auditor
‘I characterized that administration as ‘form over substance.’ They were more concerned with how their guy looked than to do the right thing.” ============================================ Shesshhhh...another nail in Sanders re election as Mayor. I am glad we are getting the scopp from an insider this time. Sanders goose is cooked, everyone knows he failed to even come close, or even make an effort, at the job he was elected to do. Pension mess, still here. Budget chaos, still here. Broken sewer system, still here. FF and PD all making 6 figures with just a HS diploma, still here. And the list goes on......— May 15, 2008 8:07 a.m.

Was Dan Broderick Really a Model of Integrity?
JV, the Neil incident was at Dublin Square on St. Patrick's Day sometime in the late 1990's. I believe that was while he was still in the Marine Corps and not an upstanding citizen like he is now. (Not to slight Marines) ============================================ The state bar says this Mike Neil guy has been an attorney for 41 yesr, was he part of JAG??? And if this happened in the last 90's he would still be 50-60 years old........ http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member_detail…— May 14, 2008 2:35 p.m.

Was Dan Broderick Really a Model of Integrity?
johnny vegass it is not cypress AVE it is cypress WAY i know because cause i grew up right around the corner from there...a typical mangling of simple facts that you seem to have a knack for..stop smoking the gange =========================================== Fumbler, lay off the pipe buddy. Cypress Way dead ends INTO Cypress Ave, and that is where 1041 CYPRESS AVE IS, at the end of Cypress Way. They are two (2) different streets. Here, try this Fumbler, drive over to the house, look at the house/street numbers for both streets and then come back and kiss my butt, thank you....LOL.— May 13, 2008 10:15 p.m.

BTW, this is the house Dan owned with the new wife, don't know if it is still on the market. Beautiful home, but the history makes it spooky. 1041 Cypress Ave, San Diego 92103(Mission Hills) $2,850,000 Status: Active Bedroom: 4 Bathroom: 3&1/2 Year Built: 1935 Lot Size: 22651 Square Footage: 3500 List Date: 3/28/2008 http://www.movoto.com/real-estate/homes-for-sale/…— May 13, 2008 5:18 p.m.
Was Dan Broderick Really a Model of Integrity?
If anyone can recall the first trial, it was a hung jury, and there were some pissed off jurors, who were bent out of shape at Dan and the stunts he had pulled. Having said that, no one deserves to be shot dead in their bed with their spouse, I don't care what they did. The only time deadly force should ever be used is if you are in danger of death or serious bodily injury. His son, who was very young when this all went down, is now working in commercial real estate in San Diego-he actually started out at John Burnham, which is the bulding where Dan had his law office (610 W Ash Street). http://www2.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/pplinfo.asp?Lice…— May 13, 2008 4:19 p.m.
