Bonnie Dumanis a No-Show, Michael T. Pines “Cannot Focus”
Being as humble as I can be, I could not disagree more about this poster's comment about Judge Honn. Reading the state bar court decision document. this judge gave more of his time in making a decision, then any other state bar judge, and is the hardest judge to give a disbarment decision. No rubber stamps here. You can only hope to go before Judge Honn if you are being prosecuted in State Bar Court. Impo Patricia A Gregory got what she deserved, from a very honest judge. "The Disbarment Decision"... Look at the alleged Grand Theft Misappropriation document amount. Over $112,000.00 misappropriated according to the State Bar. Doesn't that mean stolen? Grand Theft? You can only feel for these two clients losing their life savings. The BIG question is .... WHAT is Dumanis goint to DO about it? The general public can only hope justice will prevail in a criminal prosecution.— September 4, 2011 3:12 p.m.

Patricia Gregory: Patricia Gregory's website claims she teaches graduate courses in Business Law and Ethics. However on March 16, 2011, the State Bar's recommendation as found in this Opinion, was disbarment. The court finds the facts involved in the instant case to be more egregious than those of Spaith. Here, respondent,[Gregory] in two separate matters, misappropriated a total sum of over $112,000. This amount is almost three times the amount misappropriated in Spaith. The court also notes that, unlike the attorney in Spaith, respondent still owes money to the victims of her misappropriation. Significant Harm: Respondent"s conduct significantly harmed her clients. (Std. 1.2(b)(iv).) By misappropriating funds, respondent caused both of her clients to suffer significant financial harm. This court recommends that respondent Patricia Ann Gregory be disbarred from the practice of law in the State of California and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state. Attorney Patricia Ann Gregory of Carlsbad is indeed a —— according to the State Bar. Bonnie Dumanis is the worst district attorney in the country. Gregory [allegedly] stole over 112K from a couple of her clients, and the DA turns a blind eye!!?? I think the good people of San Diego should staand up and prosecute this lawyer thru common law citizens arrest! After reading the court documents on the State Bar website it was chilling to think this lawyer is still walking the streets! And Dumanis wants to be mayor? We Think NOT! http://ca-state-bar-disbarred-attorneys.tripod.co…— September 1, 2011 10:20 a.m.
