If this is true then why are the ofo bikes still locked and the app is still in operation and still able to rent the bikes through the app?? And don't you think some sort of an announcement to the homeless would make sense to do. It seems to me like the company just wants to wash their hands of it and leave their trash. Bikes all over the place and then get to blame the homeless because oh they left them to the homeless supposedly right?? how on Earth are you in pairing then when you're leaving them bicycles that are either trashed or locked so therefore unusable how on Earth does that Empower anyone???— October 13, 2018 3:18 p.m.
