U-T San Diego circulation drops
Don, let us pray that Burnham takes over next week, especially since Pope Doug has now taken the paper to a new low in yellow journalism by letting the GOP write their Editorials.— October 25, 2014 3:15 a.m.
National media pick up DeMaio story
Don, I just thought Pope Doug changed their editorial policy since he took over, to have the GOP write his Editorials directly so he wouldn't have to use his EdBd as middlemen.— October 24, 2014 3:06 p.m.

Don, now that NBC7 has exposed the UT for using the GOP to write their editorials "Questions Raised About Who Wrote UT San Diego’s "Slippery" Editorial" should we rename the San Diego UT as San Diego GOP? Pope Manchester and the UT have now exceeded the yellow journalism of his patron saint Rupert Murdoch and Fox. The UT motto should be changed to "The Biggest Pile of S--t That's Unfit to Print".— October 23, 2014 2:24 p.m.
Could ratepayers' day be coming soon?
Don, the question now is whether Gov. Brown will take the lead on this issue to save the ratepayers from the totally outrageous consequences of criminal negligence and larceny by utility executives at last, before the election?— October 8, 2014 3:33 a.m.

Don, thank you for your dedication to rooting out the greed and corruption that is destroying quality of life in San Diego. Your exposures of Manchester and his indentured politicians are most important for focusing all San Diegans on the root causes of all the worst problems in San Diego today. Pope Doug is the most powerful person in San Diego most responsible for the failure of the BPCI. Keep up your great investigative reporting of he who would be Emperor of San Diego if we continue to let him get away with it.— October 7, 2014 3:50 a.m.

Don, the audit was done by the City, do you really trust these folks won’t CYA and point their fingers at Scapegoat Filner: “Spokesman Gerry Braun cited several reasons for the failure, including a difficult fundraising climate and former Mayor Bob Filner’s failed administration.” So if you believe Jeff McDonald’s column, it really was Filner, the gift that just keeps on giving to the greedy and corrupt in San Diego. http://www.utsandiego.com/news/2014/oct/02/tp-def…— October 3, 2014 1:45 p.m.

Don, so what you are saying is that Sanders and Manchester have done no "serious wrongdoing" and "Paradise" is not being "Plundered" again?— October 3, 2014 2:53 a.m.

Don, in the U-T this morning Jeff McDonald reported in “Audit: Party planners didn't keep deal”: “The 55-page autopsy of the publicly funded charity also found that executives failed to consistently comply with terms of the 2011 agreement that ceded control of the effort, headed by a group of former aides to former Mayor Jerry Sanders.” So Jerry Sanders and his sycophants, all of them also being Doug Manchester’s sycophants, are far more responsible for the grand larceny of public funds than Filner ever had time to be. Keep up your great investigative reporting because all San Diegans will soon know that Pope Doug is the root of all evil that is destroying quality of life in San Diego with greed and corruption that is far worse than everything Prof. Erie reported in “Paradise Plundered”.— October 2, 2014 2:27 p.m.

Don, actually it will turn out that Pope Doug shall be "blamed for everything that goes wrong in San Diego in the next ten years" because of his never-ending failures to protect quality of life in San Diego so that he can maximize his personal greed and corruption instead. He has turned the U-T into propaganda TP and San Diego has been going down the sewer pipe ever since he took over.— October 2, 2014 4:36 a.m.
Bribes for the bankers
Don, I emphasize that "I have highest respect for are the military who risk their lives and bodies to protect American Democracy" on the field of battle. You are proving that everyone else is enabling American Democracy to be overthrown by corrupt institutional leaders in spite of the sacrifices by our heroes and patriots.— September 30, 2014 3:11 p.m.
