I agree that both sides do it. Bill Clinton, however, signed NAFTA. He lied over and over about it. Yes, both sides do it. But Obama has betrayed the American worker with more zeal and enthusiasm than either Bush did. Obama has been a total betrayer. He is doing it because his Chief Techologist was an Indian scumbag. He got lied to, but now lives the lie. He has been a disaster. Hillary will be a horrible disaster for US IT/STEM workers. She will increase H-1Bs, L-1, J-1, F-1. That's actually a huge lie. Hillary and Barack have never seen an American job that they didn't want to outsource. Hillary, like Bill, does not want Americans to have jobs. And who brings in the Russians, Moldovans, Ukrainians, Swiss? A whole NEST of companies who get fees from the workers and fees from the companies that hire these "college students" (who are sometimes 35). Check out this website: http:\\www.jobofer.ru It's a Russian website which has an English page. They charge "students" a fee. And guess who hires these students? Disneyworld. Don: there's another visa program you can look into as well. The J-1 brings in "college students" from around the world to do jobs that American college students used to do. At Mt Rushmore, a top-10 ice cream destination, you buy your ice cream from .... a CHINESE. Within 100 miles of Mt Rushmore, there are 50,000 Dakota, Nakota, Lakota Indians who need jobs. And why do Chinese get jobs at Mt. Rushmore? Because the employer, the Xanterra Company, a US Park Service contractor, get tax breaks for these chinese, and because they can work them in slave conditions. They don't pay SS tax, or medicare/caid (don't remember) or unemployment tax. All of those summer camps HS kids used to get jobs in? Now it's all Romanians and Russians, here on J-1 visas. Lifeguards in Pokipsee NJ? Moldova. Ski workers in Park City and Breckinridge? Austrians, Ukrainians, Russians, Swiss. Where do the Americans work? Oh, they don't.— March 31, 2016 7:27 p.m.

Don: Excellent story. This is a dreadful system. While there may have originally been some rational need for the H-1B, there is none today. These jerks at these big companies are looking for nothing but cheap labor. I have for many years been in a scientific computing area, and there are many H-1Bs there. They do not have the initiative, the cleverness, of medium skilled US STEM/IT folks. They are here to get the green card, and of course, that is a big swindle. One little thing - there is a lot of fraud in the document verification firms who verify credentials. You should look into that. I can't tell you how I know, but many firms have false signings. India is one of the world's great locales for cheating on academic areas. There are stories occasionally about the cheating, but India is desperate to unload it's billions of surplus people here. Finally, why is it that Obama, the supposed friend of the working man/woman, keeps sticking the knife in the back of the American STEM worker? They actually believe that if they can keep a lot of Chinese and Indians here, the home countries, our enemies China and India, will be damaged. That is why Obama continues to make it easier to hire an Indian in the US than to hire an American. You know that OPT visa? If you hire an Indian or Chinese on that, you get a cheap-ass half-adequate code monkey, but you also get a $10,000 break on your taxes. Disgusting.— March 31, 2016 7:21 p.m.
