This informal rooftop eatery has the best view of anywhere of the La Jolla Cove, but the food isn't the fine cuisine of the Dining Room downstairs — it’s essentially spiffy grazing. Excellent mussels are the sole memorable dish. Skip the owner's “famous” bean soup, a vanity item. High-moderate.
