Dia de los Muertos in Old Town
Old Town San Diego State Historic Park will host a free experience designed to bring a traditional Mexican and South American celebration to life for San Diegans of all ages. Fiesta de Reyes will have over 60 altars, installations decorated with marigolds, Catrinas, and nightly live performances. There will be hands-on art stations, including a sugar skull painting workshop.

The Jägermeister Main Stage will host Electric Waste Band and Band of Gringos on Friday, followed by Wax and BoomBox on Saturday. The Buzz Cannabis Electronica Stage will feature a lineup headlined by Desert Hearts. Partygoers can kick off the event with two-for-one beers on Friday until 5:30 pm and Saturday until 1 pm, along with a Mr. & Ms. Oktoberfest competition, traditional stein-holding contests, brat eating, and a pretzel toss.

Come to a free, family-friendly weekend with over 160 juried artists from across the US and Mexico, showcasing works in painting, sculpture, jewelry, glass, ceramics, woodwork, and photography. This year’s featured artist is Gregg “Viz” Visintainer, known for his bold, detailed pen-and-ink illustrations. The wine and beer garden will represent over 35 wineries, local breweries, and craft distilleries. The festivities include the Geppetto’s Toys Family Art Center, a silent auction, pet adoption stations, and live music.
