Wonderfront Festival
This year’s three-day Wonderfront Festival features a wide array of musical talent, along with food and drink options, interactive arts, and game zones. Festival events take place across multiple venues, mainly at the Embarcadero Marina Park North concert stage, with other highlights happening at Seaport Village and Ruocco Park such as boat parties and sunset cruises. Performers include San Diego star Jason Mraz and former local Linda Perry with her band 4 Non Blondes, along with Peggy Gou, Daniel Caesar, Janelle Monae, Khruangbin, Foster The People, Gary Clark Jr, and Anderson .Paak.

Wynton Marsalis & Cecile Licad: Louis Live
Jazz icon Wynton Marsalis is a renowned trumpet player and composer who currently serves as the artistic director of Jazz at Lincoln Center. Known for his work playing and promoting jazz music, Marsalis will be joined by pianist Cecile Licad and a 10-piece all-star jazz ensemble to perform the soundtrack to the film Louis. Featuring a score of primarily Marsalis’ own compositions, this 2010 film is an homage to Louis Armstrong, Charlie Chaplin, and the birth of American music.
