Diagnosis: TDS
Regarding the long-winded letter from Tim Taylor in the March 9 issue (“No Trump hate, just abhorrence, fear, and pity”, Letters, March 9), I never seen such a hate-filled, anti-Trump diatribe in my life. Hating Trump must give meaning to this guy’s life.....TDS at its finest. Personally, I’m not a big Trump fan, but given the state of the country under Trump vs. the current state under Biden, I certainly know who I would vote for!
Diagnosis: TDS again!
“Concerned Citizen” in Spring Valley (“Trumpian indisputables”, Letters, March 9) made no valid points hating on Trump “...dodged the draft..” as all we have to do is look at the Fool on the Hill (Capitol Hill) and his leftist predecessors. None served in the military. Clinton was the worst, probably should have been tried for treason for anti-American activities overseas during the Vietnam War era. That’s my combat Korean War veteran father’s point of view, with dodging the draft being among the lesser of Fantasy Epstein Island Bill’s transgressions.
Yes, “these people,” United States natural born citizens who don’t see things your way, “are allowed to vote”! It’s called a constitutional right, how about that! What a fascist (albeit the “concerned” sort), who likely has no objection to illegals, inmates, and even the entombed voting, but no Trump supporters! No ballots for us!
As for the indescribably unhinged “Tim Taylor” in North Park (“No Trump hate, just abhorrence, fear, and pity”, Letters, March 9), his endless angry ramblings made Lagertha Gunderson’s case better than she herself did (“More Stumping for Trump”, Letters, March 2). People like Tim and the “Concerned” one don’t just hate President Trump, they hate us, too! There’s the distinction and the contrast. I feel sorry for the delusional Biden voters, but the animosity I save for him, not those who in fact voted for him.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is a mental illness, a disconnect from reality interfering with normal brain function. I could barely get through the first couple paragraphs – not even readable. He is in need of serious help, but is likely too far gone and completely self unaware. I work with clinically mentally ill people being treated for such who are more rational and have a higher emotional IQ. Divisive, hateful Tim Taylor lives in the “us versus them” world he has created in his head. Too bad there are many more Tims! Mass psychosis.
