Join MTRP bird walk leaders for a guided bird walk along the scenic shore of Lake Murray. Summer months yield fewer species of birds, but water sources are the most productive. Male ducks may be in eclipse plumage. This bird walk is designed for beginning or newer birdwatchers, but all skill levels are welcome to attend. Bring binoculars if you have them. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring along water. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended. Walks are canceled if raining.
