DNA of Creativity Mega Exhibition Reception
The DNA of Creativity project of the San Diego Visual Arts Network (SDVAN) that brought together 40 artists, scientists, and educators to collaborate over three years will culminate at the Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA) with the opening of its exhibition that will run through August 3.
On Saturday, April 12, the Mega Exhibition Reception will celebrate DNA of Creativity as one of five concurrent art and science exhibitions at OMA.
DNA of Creativity is a community collaboration project bringing together artists, scientists, and educators to explore the power of fusing art and science. The project, led by SDVAN, received grants totaling $30,000 to fund each team to explore their concept, showcase the creative process, and create related lesson plans for future education.
