Background:
A music theory and composition major and songwriter, Kim Evans has written music that has received airplay on commercial radio and music beds for both radio and television spots in addition to pieces performed by brass and woodwind ensembles and choral groups around the country.
Evans's first release, Funkmaster, is an instrumental progressive rock/jazz fusion project. The album includes "Hollywood’s Planet" and "Garden Walk," which is currently the theme music for the popular podcast Washington Travelcast.
