Cloud Feather was founded by singer/songwriter/guitarist Mario Carrillo, a Native-American member of the Juaneño tribe, along with his wife Elisa, San Pasqual tribe member Jimi Igo, and Igo's wife Jera. They play harmony-rich folk-rock as well as country, gospel, and blues.
