sirens

her

lights

the boogeyman

and uncle sam

raccoons

fat cats and fatter rats

slept great

eight

hours passed

woke up this saturday morning...

with all my body parts attached

no yawn

stretch

or surgery needed

nor a rub of the eyes or forehead

instead

upon my awakening ,

i could speak french and portuguese , fluently

play the drums

have enough money to pay my bills

sing like pavarotti

cook like emeril - bam !

and recite aloud the capitals of all 50 states...
