Taaz.com – Latest Technology Trend in Makeovers Worth a Look

Ultra Realistic Virtual Make-over Technology gives me a reason to finally change my hairstyle!

Last week I was in Portland, Oregon visiting an old college friend. I hadn’t seen her in years. She greeted me, looking super sleek and stylish, with a short trendy ‘do and great new style and said, “Holly! You haven’t changed a bit since college!”

The Translation: You’ve had the same hairstyle for the past 10 years!

“Okay,” I thought, “It’s officially time to update my look.” But for someone who has had virtually the same hair style since college…okay, so maybe since high school, making a drastic change can be a little scary.

That’s when I discovered the latest technology trend in ultra realistic virtual make-overs… Taaz.com. This web site only launched last week, but the blogging world is already a buzz about the amazing technology. I’ve found hundreds of tech and beauty bloggers alike testing the new technology and chatting about its both realistic and easy to use features. You’ll see blogs making over Angelina Jolie to Hillary Swank to the guy who works at the neighborhood deli. Its great fun!

Upload your photo, preferably with your hair pulled back, then try hundreds of hairstyles, colors, lengths …you can also try on make-up that matches real name brand colors. Rumor has it; the site will eventually add an ecommerce element, so you may even be able to buy your favorite new shades directly from the site after trying them on.

Okay, so now I have no excuse not to update my look. Although before I make any drastic changes, I’ll still need to forward my new hairstyle to my friends and family for the official vote—before printing it out ant taking it to Ada, my favorite hair stylist here in Little Italy.

Check it out at http://www.taaz.com/ and let me know what you think!

I look forward to your comments…
