Civil breakdown at Trump appearance
Because why would Sanders supporters attack other Sanders supporters? They save their violence and hatred and intolerance for those who do not agree with them.— May 31, 2016 3:19 p.m.
SDPD overreacted at 7-year-old's birthday party
"The police" never pay a dime. Why should the taxpayers write a check? A judgment for bad deeds should be paid by the INDIVIDUAL(s) who performed the bad deeds. Even by union members.— May 31, 2016 3:18 p.m.
Troubled Bridgepoint runs into GI Bill problems
So what are you arguing for? Getting government and the taxpayer out of the handing-out-money-for-education business, lettig the well run dry, and seeing ALL schools, including public ones full of union employees, forced to charge less and do more with less? Somehow, I doubt it...— May 31, 2016 3:10 p.m.
Troubled Bridgepoint runs into GI Bill problems
Lots of employers care more about the box being checked off than where the checkmark came from. Federal government employees frequently get UoP or NU or, really, any convenient degree, because that's all that matters. Frankly, the number of em ployers who care where a degree came from is much less than those who just want to see a sheepskin.— May 31, 2016 3:09 p.m.
Troubled Bridgepoint runs into GI Bill problems

If health care or education is provided *IN AN OPEN, FREE MARKET* and is profitable, competitors spring up to get some, too,a nd that drives down prices. Using government to create specially-protected monopolies results in higher prices, and then some people cry about "the privte sector" and demand more government???— May 31, 2016 3:07 p.m.
Chula Vista deemed the worst staycation spot
Maybe people who don't want to swim in the too-frequent flood of sewage from Tijuana?— May 31, 2016 3:04 p.m.
Vote for me, or go f--- your mother
Voter IDs?!?! Hasn't anyone told Mexico that's racist?— May 31, 2016 2:56 p.m.
Razor wire stops lots of border-fence jumpers
They should have been tossed right back across the border. I'd be OK with the Border Patrol trying to call Mexico's version of 911 for them.— February 6, 2016 4:47 p.m.
Gaslamp 15, we hardly knew ye
Any theater that is not at least comparable to Cinépolis luxury theaters is doomed.— February 6, 2016 4:44 p.m.
Gaslamp 15, we hardly knew ye
Buses, planes, and trains are leaving every day. There are no walls or armed Stasi keeping you here.— February 6, 2016 4:42 p.m.
