We have Seiler and Vu running this election...
http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2007/06/07/news/t…
Some news stories lumped the 2 together as Ohio election alumns. But at any rate what is fact is that:
There are people in jail that worked on the Ohio election under Vu:
"Seiler also said she was comfortable with the county's decision to hire another controversial elections official, Michael Vu, as assistant registrar.
Vu resigned in February as executive director of Ohio's Cuyahoga County election board, where two elections workers were convicted of rigging a 2004 presidential election recount. Cuyahoga county also made news in November 2006 when electronic voting problems prompted a federal court to order 16 polling stations to stay open more than 90 minutes after the 7:30 p.m. closing time. "
And Seiler was a sales rep for Diebold and sold us the election machines. That is a HUGE conflict of interest.
Just the fact that she was a sales rep for Sequoia and Diebold, 2 of the most controversial election voting machines should raise alarms.
The lawsuit in Aug 2008 volunteers claim there was a note in the log books from Registrar saying not to worry about boxes being sealed. This is a huge problem.
And if Seiler is so competent why didnt she order enough seals or precinct tally machines?
There is definitely alot to be concerned w/ . And why is she so comfortable working w/ Vu?
its not right, not in a job where someone needs to be above any sort of suspicion.
We need 110% integrity working in the Registrar of Voters office. And the Seiler, Vu team is extremely suspect. — November 19, 2008 1:06 a.m.
Chemtrails Over the Skies at Earthday?
Look I said nothing about it being how the government is spying on us...I am just asking for an explanation. It doesnt sound like you have one. Remember the China Olympics...they were doing this exact same thing to do cloud seeding to cause it to rain. It is not a stretch to think that if we had the technology to make it rain that we would not use it in this drought. I will be curious to see if it rains tonight or tomorrow. I'm just saying if they are using technology to make it rain or combat global warming we need to know what it is.— April 20, 2009 7:47 p.m.
Retro Active Tax Refund in Stimulus Bill is a Windfall For Corporations
Thanks. Yeah I saw that about the tax credit. That was a start but how crazy is it that we are sending these guys like Beazer and McMillan billion dollar checks so they can what???? Start building more homes and pushing the price down more or socking it away in their offshore bank accounts. Either way it hurts the economy. I mean McMillan has a private corporate jet. they made out like bandits. They are not the ones that need money or should have money. In fact it is them that should be forced to step in and help the foreclosures or give people some of their money back since they were WAY overpaid for these slums they built. They are the only ones that REALLY made out these past few yrs (them and the loan officers and real estate agents) but they have already been paid in full the price of these overpriced mortgages. Im truely disappointed in Obama for conceding to something as egregious and harmful as this. He is only encouraging the same paradigm that DOES not work. I know in Economics you learn that housing is one of the biggest economic engines for a country, but it needs to stop being a critical economic engine. This is not change. Its the same thing. And its just ensuring that the recession will be bigger and longer. I thought he was smarter. The economists do NOT approve of this package. They say under no uncertain terms, the corporate tax breaks will do NOTHING. so for him to assert that all economists agree this is the right solution is just a lie. Just imagine if he took that 50 billion plus and he used it to repair infrastructure. It would put all those guys to work and it would create something of real value. Or even better, what if he turned that $ into grants to encourage innovative thinking and reward people that come up w/ solutions. Thank you for your comments. I just hope people will really start a dialogue so they can really marinate in the impact of this legislation.— February 12, 2009 12:31 a.m.

Thank you for the comment. You are exactly right. I CANT believe that no news media is covering this. Today, though I did find some articles showing how these criminals are applying for the tax breaks and how they are the big winners in this bill not us. http://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics/AP/story… http://online.wsj.com/article/SB12342890363356918…— February 10, 2009 12:21 p.m.
A Better Way to Address SD Financial Crisis
Also, Why in the world in an election this consequential, did we not have a single exit poll? (not in this one or the june one) And the anomolous results of the June primary City Atty race should warrant an investigation by the SOS. Goldsmith was at 32% right out of the gate and those numbers did not budge all night. This guy that polled at 15%, 16%, and the highest June 2nd after most ballots were cast 21% got a whopping 32%. This is a really good piece of evidence because there wasnt just 1 poll by Survey USA, there were 3 polls. This was a respectable poll w/ a margin of error of 4%. It was dead on right and consistent each time w/ Aguirre and everyone except Goldsmith and Peters. If this happened in the Presidential election there would be rioting on the streets. Everyone would cry foul.— November 19, 2008 1:26 a.m.

Peters Nominates Peters
Is that even allowed? Is Peters allowed to vote for himself? Yet another betrayal by developer schill Toni Atkins. Good thing Glorias coming in...oh wait he is Toni's twin. Hopefully Emerald and Lightner will compensate for Gloria's lack of integrity.— November 15, 2008 9:34 p.m.
The Future Looks Blight!
And how about cutting the fire battalion chief salaries who make $250,000 + per yr. All the high up union in fire and police are making $250,000 +. Just imagine how fat their pensions are. This is why the Union leaders endorsed Todd Gloria. Get volunteers to redo the hideous city landscaping that requires enormous amounts of water and god awful 2 stroke engine maintenance every week. Use indigenous drought reisistent plants like the ones in Balboa Park rose garden area. this would be a fun project.— November 14, 2008 2:49 p.m.
The Future Looks Blight!
Per my blog, these are my suggestions for cuts: The police helicopters that in 2003 cost the city over 2.5 million dollars a year. God only knows what it costs now that gas is 4$ a gallon. http://www.sandiegomagazine.com/media/San-Diego-M… The ones that fly in tiny circles for at least 10 hours a day in broad daylight over low crime neighborhoods like University Heights--- Here's the youtube video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6AmdfXsJR50 Can we cut that in half. It is so unnecessary. When I called the police (multiple times) I was rudely told they were just "patrolling" and they could do it wherever and whenever they want. Up developer fees. The developers destroy our roads and max out our infrastructure and then leave the mess for us to pay for. Stop paying for the "Technical Advisory Committee" lunch. The city buys lunch for 30 Building Industry members of TAC once a month. Can they just pay for their own lunch. That should help keep Recreation Centers open a few hours longer.— November 14, 2008 2:44 p.m.
The Future Looks Blight!
Pat Flannery said it best when he wrote in his recent blog that the mayor is not cutting the 125 million dollars in developer pork barrel subsidies. So while we all suffer w/o libraries and recreation centers, dont worry about the developers they are not going broke, there is plenty for them.— November 14, 2008 2:38 p.m.
Proposition 8: Indecent Proposal
I mean luckily (and pardon the pun) prop 8 had sex appeal--it had enough to get the millionares in Hollywood to throw their weight and their money behind the No campaign. This was an anomoly, most propositions or people do not have that sort of appeal. Case and point, we got a huge homophobic bigot running the city attorney's office now because he had special interests throw 100s of thousands of dollars at him. The other side could not compete w/ that kind of money. This is how things usually go. And I am hoping prop 8 brings this to light and all you intelligent, creative, highly educated people that really care will dive in and change this system. Com'on I know there are lawyers and politicians and genuinely good people that can come together to solve this holistically to ensure that good people and proposals have a chance. :)— November 12, 2008 2:38 p.m.
